About Bridging Two Paths Consulting
Bridging Two Paths Consulting was created with a clear purpose: to walk alongside communities, organizations, and leaders as they navigate the space between Indigenous knowledge systems and Western ways of working.
Rooted in respect, relationship, and reciprocity, we specialize in building meaningful connections, supporting Indigenous-led development, and guiding strategic conversations that honour both lived experience and long-term vision.
We believe that true progress happens when both paths are acknowledged, valued, and brought together with care. Whether it's through consultation support, planning, facilitation, or community engagement — our work is about building trust, creating space for truth, and moving forward together.
Meet Amanda Miller
My name is Amanda Miller, and I am the founder of Bridging Two Paths Consulting. I am an Indigenous woman with roots in Lac Seul First Nation, and my work is grounded in lived experience, cultural knowledge, and a deep commitment to building stronger relationships between Indigenous communities and organizations.
I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Indigenous Business Leadership, a program that has equipped me with the tools to navigate both Indigenous and Western systems with confidence and care. Through my academic and professional journey, I’ve learned the importance of walking with intention — creating space for truth, collaboration, and long-term community wellness.
Bridging Two Paths Consulting exists to support meaningful engagement, Indigenous-led development, and strategic planning rooted in respect, reciprocity, and relationship. Whether I’m working alongside Nations or guiding organizations through learning and transformation, I bring a heart-led, values-driven approach to every project.
